  • Abby holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. With experience in both community and outpatient settings, she has supported individuals from all walks of life in making healthier choices that stick. Abby understands that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Through personalized, evidence-based guidance, she’s committed to helping you feel confident and empowered on your wellness journey.

    In addition to coaching, Abby shares her passion for nutrition education and behavior change as an adjunct faculty member at Bradley University.

  • I am a proud aunt, avid exerciser, and frequently get lost in a good book. I love to travel around the country and try all kinds of new foods all along the way. In the warmer months, you can find me at a farmer’s market, playing in the pool, or attempting to garden (your tips are welcomed).
