Initial Assessment

We will put our “dietitian” hats on and make sure that we understand your complete health history, symptoms, supplements, medications, food environment, cultural preferences, nutrition, concerns, and everything you want to share to get the most out of the next 3 months together.

Wellness Vision

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you during your Wellness Vision session. Whether that’s feeling more energized for your family, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress, we’ll help you get clear on how you define wellness.

Follow-Ups

Over the 10 weeks of weekly follow up sessions, you’ll focus on building small habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. We’re here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.
