I believe in taking the first steps towards growth and learning and being open to where the possibilities may lead you.

  • I was called to become a dietitian after my experience with learning about how nutrition impacted my performance as an athlete. I became curious about other ways nutrition plays a role in well-being, and I have a deep desire to want to work with others to help them meet their nutrition and wellness goals.

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe in the opportunity for growth and learning at any point and stage in life. Whether it's learning to cook balanced meals for the first time or making a personalized fueling plan for an athletic event, I believe in taking the first steps towards growth and learning and being open to where the possibilities may lead you.

  • Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Dietetics in 2019 from the University of Dayton and completed a dietetic internship with a Community Nutrition Promotion Concentration in 2020 at the Medical University of South Carolina.

  • Outside of helping clients make their nutrition dreams a reality, I enjoy training for marathons, traveling to National Parks, and trying out new recipes to share with my family and friends.
