What is it like working with a Dietitian Coach?

Initial Assessment
We will put our “dietitian” hats on and make sure that we understand your complete health history, symptoms, supplements, medications, food environment, cultural preferences, nutrition, concerns, and everything you want to share to get the most out of the next 3 months together.

Wellness Vision
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you during your Wellness Vision session. Whether that’s feeling more energized for your family, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress, we’ll help you get clear on how you define wellness.

Follow-Ups
Over the rest of the year, you will have 6 months of weekly visits followed by 6 months of bi-weekly visits. You’ll focus on building small habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. We’re here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

YOU’LL EXPERIENCE 3 DISTINCT PHASES OVER 1 YEAR
Phase 1: Foundation (Weekly visits 1-12)
Theme: Stability & Skill Building
Clear plan

Basic habit architecture
The sessions will feel educational, high accountability, and tactical. Measurable progress on small goals weekly.
• Week 1–2: Baseline & food rhythm
• Week 3–6: Metabolic repair & consistency
• Week 7–10: Autopilot systems
• Week 11–12: Independence test week
At the end of Phase 1, you’ll now know what to do. Phase 2: Momentum is about making it effortless.
Phase 2: Momentum (Weekly visits 13-24)
Theme: Optimization & Identity Shift
Body composition refinement
Hormone optimization
Performance nutrition
Travel/social mastery
Breaking plateaus
Emotional eating work
The sessions will feel even more personalized and advanced. It is less education and more fine-tuning. There is higher autonomy.
Milestones:
Advanced macro adjustments
Stress & cortisol optimization
Strength/performance fueling
“Real life without regression” tests
At the end of Phase 2, you’ll feel you don’t need accountability to succeed anymore, so now we protect what you built.
Phase 3: Sustain (Bi-weekly visits 25-36)
Theme: Sustainability & Insurance
This is where permanent change locks in. Research shows relapse risk is highest 3–9 months after structured programs. So Phase 3 becomes a relapse prevention phase.
Phase 3 is especially important for:
Clients who don’t want to lose progress
Those navigating life stress, different seasons, or schedule changes
Long-term metabolic cases
Anyone who says “I’ve always regained before”
Testing different seasons and months of the year
Milestones:
Autonomy challenge weeks
Travel/holiday execution
Self-directed check-ins
