“I believe our daily choices–food, movement, rest, and habits–are all powerful opportunities to help us feel our best.”
-
My approach centers on helping you find habits, systems, and meal solutions that truly fit your lifestyle. This involves a collaborative willingness to explore, experiment, reflect, and learn what works best for you, your mind, and your body. I’m here to help make sense of those experiences and support you as you translate them into practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable, even on your busiest weeks.

In her free time, Christina loves getting outside and exploring new hiking trails. When at home, you can find her tending to her growing collection of houseplants, feeding her sourdough starter, and experimenting in the kitchen with new cultural foods and flavors.
“My goal is to help you find what truly works day in and day out so you can feel better–not just temporarily, but every day.”
