“Nutrition doesn’t have to feel confusing or restrictive. Together, we’ll build an approach rooted in understanding rather than rigid rules, so you can feel more confident in how you nourish yourself.”
-
Sharon takes a compassionate and individualized approach to care, grounded in the understanding that nutrition goes beyond what’s on your plate and includes how you feel about food, how you feel in your body, and how those experiences show up in daily life.
Her work is rooted in creating a space where people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences feel welcomed and supported. She recognizes that health is shaped by many factors, including stress, mental health, culture, access to food, budget, and time, and keeps all of this in mind to provide care that feels realistic and tailored to you.
Sharon’s goal is to help you build confidence in making informed choices that align with your values and health goals. She meets you where you are, offering guidance and encouragement as you navigate your journey toward a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food.

Outside of sessions, Sharon loves exploring her hometown of Chicago. She has always been a creative at heart, which is part of what fuels her passion for food. Cooking is one of her favorite forms of self-expression, along with graphic design and content creation. On warmer days, you can find her at the park with a good book, soaking up the sunshine.
““Food is not only nourishment, but also a source of culture, creativity, connection, and joy.””
